<br /> <br />oraw <br />-A~HILLS for the Twin Cities Army Ammunition Plant (TCAAP) <br /> <br />Primary members of the Kimley-Hom team are as follows: <br /> <br />Beth Engum, P.E. <br />Project Manager <br />Beth has more than eight years of experience in municipal and <br />transportation engineering for a wide range of projects including the <br />design and rehabilitation of roadways, drainage/storm water management, <br />and utility improvements for a variety of clients. Beth has a Bachelor of <br />Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota as <br />well as a Master in Engineering Management from George Washington <br />University. Beth has served as the project manager for several local <br />infrastructure improvement projects, including Northwest Quadrant <br />Redevelopment projects for the City of New Brighton. <br /> <br />Beth will be the proj ect manager and have day-to-day responsibility for <br />review of technical documents, completion ofproject deliverables, and <br />communication with City staff and other project stakeholders. For this <br />work, Beth's hourly rate is $125.00. <br /> <br />Jon Horn, P.E. <br />Client Manager <br />Jon has more than 21 years of diverse engineering, planning, and project <br />management experience. Jon has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil <br />Engineering from North Dakota State University. Jon has played an <br />integral role in the success of numerous, large-scale <br />development/redevelopment projects for the communities of Chanhassen, <br />New Brighton, Anoka, Maplewood, Bumsville, and Inver Grove Heights <br />by providing not only quality design and project management, but also <br />developer review services and public involvement expertise. <br /> <br />Jon will provide technical support and quality control review of all <br />deliverables under this contract. Jon will also serve as a secondary point <br />of contact for the City. Jon's hourly rate is $170.00. <br /> <br />Brandon Bourdon, P.E. <br />Traffic Analysis & Review <br />Brandon has more than ten years of experience as a transportation <br />engineer specializing in traffic studies, operational analysis, and the design <br />of traffic signals, signing and striping, and construction traffic control and <br />phasing. Brandon has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering <br />from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology as well as a Master <br />of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado.
