April has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics and <br />Mathematics from Augnstana College and a Bachelor of Science degree in <br />Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota. <br /> <br />April will assist the project manager in providing storm sewer and utility <br />plan review for the contract. Her hourly billing rate is $100.00. <br /> <br />Reimbursable expenses (copy/printing charges, plotting, mileage, delivery <br />charges, faxes, etc.) will be charged as an office expense at 6.0% of the <br />labor fee. <br /> <br />The attached project examples demonstrate our successful track record in <br />providing services similar to those requested as a part ofthis project. <br />These examples were chosen to highlight our experience in the design, <br />project management, and implementation of public infrastructure projects <br />as well as our expertise in providing development review services to <br />metro-area municipalities with issues similar to those your community is <br />facing. <br /> <br />We look forward to being an integral part of a successful TCAAP <br />redevelopment team.
