She stated she has concern with the frontage road on the interior of <br />Arden Manor. She stated TCAAP is important to Arden Hills and the residents. <br /> <br />The motion failed (1-4). Recreational Vehicles, Utility Trailers, and <br />Watercraft Outdoor Storal!e, as Presented in the Januarv 28, 2008, Planninl! <br />Case Memo to the Citv Council <br /> <br />Planner Beekman presented the changes to Ordinance 2008-001. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holmes stated she had a problem with designating a riding lawnmower <br />as an RV. <br /> <br />City Attorney Filla indicated the wording could be redone to clarify the ordinance. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember McClung seconded <br />a motion to Approve Ordinance 2008-001 in Planning Case 07-025 to <br />Amend Section 1305.04, Repeal Section 1325.10, and Adopt Section <br />1325.12 of the zoning Code Regarding Recreational Vehicles, Utility <br />Trailers, and Watercraft Outdoor Storage, as Presented in the January 28, <br />2008, Planning Case Memo to the City Council. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holmes moved and Councilmember Holden seconded, to amend the <br />motion to add the definition of riding lawnmowers, where appropriate. The amendment <br />carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />C2. Motion to Approve Publishinl! a Summary of Ordinance 2008-001 for <br />Recreational Vehicles, Utility Trailers, and Watercraft Outdoor Storal!e as <br />Permitted bv Minnesota State Statute 412.191 Subd. 4. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Mayor Harpstead seconded a <br />motion to Approve Publishing a Summary of Ordinance 2008-001 for <br />Recreational Vehicles, Utility Trailers, and Watercraft Outdoor Storage as <br />Permitted by Minnesota State Statute 412.191 Subd. 4. The motion <br />carried unanimously (5-0). <br />
