<br /> <br /> <br />Bill Weber has prepared many <br />redevelopment plans for suburban <br />locationsr coordinated teams and <br />worked with the public. <br /> <br /> <br />5. Assign an Experienced Project Manager <br /> <br /> <br />Need <br />Arden Hills wishes to prepare an excellent plan and receive superb <br />service from a consultant. The qualifications and commitment of the <br />project manager are the key factors in the quality of the final plan. These <br />ought to be Ihe primary consideration of any client for a project of this <br />nature. <br /> <br />Response <br />Bill W cber- would serve as project manager. <br /> <br />Related Experience <br />Bill is a highly experienced city planner who has prepared commercial <br />and residential redevelopment plans, downtown plans, worked with <br />project committees and blended the contributions of multiple <br />subconsultants. He would direct and coordinate the work of other <br />members of his team in the areas of transportation, economic <br />dcvclopmenl and urban design. <br /> <br />6. Collaborate with City Staff <br /> <br />Need <br />Arden Hills would like the project to go smoolhly and efficiently, the <br />document to be officially adopted, and all review materials be delivered <br />with adequate time for staff and consultant review _ In particular, the City <br />staff would like to be intimately involved in prcparing the plan and have <br />"'ownership" of the plan. <br /> <br />Response <br />Our principal planners, Bill Weber, Mary Bujold, Michael Spack and <br />Kevin Teppen will devote the time to Ihis project thai it needs and <br />deserves. Each will reserve time to conduct this project. <br /> <br />The McCombs Frank Roos team would involve the City staff in every <br />phase of the process. Communication would occur daily or weekly on <br />facets of the project, and we would listen attentively to local <br />representatives and members of the public. Ifthe staff would like to <br />conduct some of the meetings on their own, we could provide <br />PowerPoint shows and printed maps for their use. <br /> <br />3-16 Arden Hills Small Area Plan for the 82 District <br />
