TCAAP Update Ms. Kvilvang of Ehlers & Associates reported on March 10, 2008 the City Council approved the second amendment to the PDA to extend the term to March 31, 2009. The second amendment has been executed by both the City and the developer and a copy is on record at City Hall. She also reported that the City sent Ryan a Notice of Line Item change for the budget to increase the amount by $75,000 allotted to the land transfer attorney. The line item for the AUAR was reduced accordingly by this amount. It is anticipated there may be additional line item changes in the short term and that at some point in the future, Staff will come back with a full budget modification increasing the overall budget. Councilmember Holden asked if Mike Comadeca only received funding from the City or if he also received funding from the developer. Ms. Kvilvang stated that he received funding from the City but this money was reimbursed by the developer. Ms. Kvilvang continued with an environmental update. She stated that on April 7, 2008, the TCAAP Restoration Board will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. at the Ramsey County Public Works Facility and on April 8, 2008, the Technical Review Committee will be meeting at 9:00 a.m. at the Army's new offices located at 470 West Highway 96 in Shoreview.
