The difference in the number of spaces provided and <br />those required shall be shown on the approved site plan as "proof-of- <br />parking" and shall be constructed if and when the need for such <br />additional spaces arises. <br /> <br />G. Conversion or Alteration of Approved Uses. Commercial or industrial <br />buildings for a use, or uses, which is proposed to be converted, <br />remodeled, or modified to accommodate another allowable use, or uses, <br />which has a greater off-street parking requirement shall be required to <br />apply for Site Plan Review and approval to assure the adequacy of off- <br />street parking. <br /> <br />H. Parking Structures. The minimum setbacks of parking structures <br />shall be the same as for principal buildings in the district and the exterior <br />finish shall be compatible with the principal building served by the <br />parking structure. <br /> <br />I.
