Mr. Wacker stated it is common to tarp the pitcher's mound <br />and home plate and it could be discussed. <br /> <br />Commissioner Zimmerman stated the height and length of the fence is the <br />standard. He inquired ifthere have been any studies done about their adequacies. <br />Mr. Wacker stated that he wasn't aware of any. <br /> <br />Commissioner Zimmerman inquired if the school would consider additional <br />netting ifthere was a problem with foul balls. Ms. Wikelius stated that iffoul <br />balls prove to be a problem, they would explore other options. <br /> <br />Commissioner Zimmerman stated that the parking on Gramsie will need to be <br />addressed to control access. <br /> <br />Commissioner Modesette inquired if Ms. Wikelius could dictate where the <br />fencing would be stored. Ms. Wikelius stated that she would work with the <br />activities director on the location of the storage to address the residents concerns. <br /> <br />Commissioner Holewa inquired if there has been any thought about the location <br />ofthe facilities in relationship to the baseball field. Mr. Wacker stated that the <br />facilities weren't a high priority when considering the location. <br /> <br />Commissioner Holewa inquired about the location of the parking. Mr. Wacker <br />demonstrated the location. <br /> <br />Commissioner Holewa inquired about the dugouts during the off-season. Mr. <br />Wacker stated that they are masonry blocks with chain link fencing. <br /> <br />Commissioner Holewa stated he is concerned about the activities that teenagers <br />may do in the dugout. Ms. Wikelius stated that she thinks they will need to <br />discuss it and explore ways to have it be secure. She stated that there are cameras <br />throughout the school and the property and it may be a possibility to have them in <br />that location. <br /> <br />Commissioner Modesette inquired about temporary restrooms. Ms. Wikelius <br />stated that portable restrooms would be placed near the fields. <br /> <br />Commissioner Modesette inquired ifthere is access to the fields by a road. Ms. <br />Wikelius stated that there is access. <br /> <br />Commissioner Stodola inquired ifthere would be a benefit for the application to <br />be tabled given the nature of the concerns.
