<br /> <br /> ~ <br /> <br /> BUILDING3 ; 6-118 <br /> <br /> Building Code of 1973, the building inspector may cause any <br /> structure or building to be reinspected. <br /> (b) With respect to any screening, landscaping, planting <br /> or other egterior improvements required in connection with <br /> the construction of a principal building for which a <br /> performance bond or letter of credit has been filed with the <br /> city pursuant to section 6-69(a) hereof, the landscape <br /> inspector or other inspector under whose juriadiction the <br /> improvement falls, or their respectivs deputies, shall <br /> conduct such inspections and reinspections as are necessary <br /> to ascertain compliance with the particular plans and <br /> specifications therefor, or requirements of any other <br /> applicable ordinances, resolutions, or special use permits or <br /> other permits of the city relating thereto. <br /> Before said performance bond or letter of credit can be <br /> released, a final inspection by the appropriate inspector, or <br /> his deputy, shall have been made and a written report <br /> containing his final approval of the improvement, stating <br /> the actual cost thereof, and recommending the amount of <br /> any replacement guarantee or maintenance bond or letter of <br /> credit shall have been submitted to the clerk-administrator. <br /> Nothing herein shall be deemed to preclude the appropriate <br /> inspector from making interim inspections and reports noz <br /> the council from allowing interim reductions in the amount <br /> of said performance bond or letter of credit if it deems such <br /> reduction to be advisable.
