§ 13-88 AftDEN HILLS CODE Sec. 13-88. Additional regulations. The city council may impose additional regulationa governing any permit required by the provisions of this article as it may determine to be in the public interest. (Rea. No. 76-7, 1-26-76) Sec. 13-89. Cancellation. Any permit issued under the provisions of this artiCle may be cancelled by the city council if such cancellation ia determined to be in the public interest. (Rea. No. 76-7, 1-26-76) Sec. 13-90. Permit fees established by resolution. The permit fees for a permit to engage in the following types of activities shall be as established from time to time in a resolution adopted by the council: (a) Christmas tree sales; (b) Circuses and carnivals; / (c) Commercial advertising distribution; (d) Flea markets and commercial sidewalk sales; i~ (e) Group picnics and camping; and ~ (f) Itinerant vendors.
