Basic standards. <br /> • Mobile homes shall not be located, or permitted to remain <br /> in the city unless they: <br /> <br /> (a) Conform to all requirements of the statutes of <br /> Minnesota, including particularly those in Chapter <br /> 327 of Minnesota Statutes Annotated as amended; <br /> (b) Are in sanitary condition; <br /> (c) Are structurally sound, particularly with respect to the <br /> safety and welfare of their occupants. Right of entry. <br /> City employees, including particularly police, building <br /> inspectors, health inspectors, and the like, shall be permitted <br /> in the mobile home court at all reasonable times for the <br /> purposes of making any inspections under this article or <br /> other applicable provisions of this Code, city ordinances or <br /> state laws. (Ord. No. 147, § 6.5, 8-30-71) <br /> <br /> Sec. 14-22. Caretaker. <br /> A caretaker shall be on duty at all times in each mobile <br /> home court within the city. (Ord. No. 147, § 4.14, 8-30-71) <br /> <br /> Sec. 14-23. R,egister of occupants. <br /> The operator of every mobile home court shall maintain a <br /> register in the office of the court, indicating the name and <br /> address of each current resident of said court and the make, <br /> type, license and serial number of each mobile home and <br /> automobile of each current resident, and the date of arrival <br /> of each mobile home on the premises.
