In addition, when said structure <br /> is divided by party walls without openings, each <br /> portion of such building so separated shall be deemed <br /> a separate building. <br /> (5) Building facade. That portion of any exterior elevation <br /> of a building extending from the ground surface at the <br /> base of the wall to the top of the parapet wall or eaves <br /> and for the entire width of the building: For the <br /> purpose of calculating permitted area for wall signs, <br /> the facade shall include all walls of an exterior <br /> elevation within an eight-foot horizontal distance of <br /> the plane upon which the sign is located. <br /> (6) Business. A building or portion thereof, designed <br /> exclusively for residential occupancy, including one- <br /> family, two-family and multiple family dwellings, but <br /> not including motels, hotels and boardinghouses. <br /> (10) Frontage. That portion of a lot abutting a public <br /> right-of-way. <br /> (11) Marquee. See "Canopy." <br /> (12) Multiple-occupancy structure. A principal building <br /> housing two (2) or more independent businesses or <br /> industrial uses. <br /> (13) Setback.
