A sign which revolves or rotates on <br /> its axis either by wind or other mechanical means <br /> or produces a rotating effect through use of <br /> illumination. <br /> (k) Roof sign. A sign erected upon or above a roof or <br /> parapet wall of a building and which is wholly or <br /> partially supported by said building. <br /> (1) Temporary sign. A sign which is intended to <br /> advertise community or civic projects; construction <br /> projects; real estate for sale, rent or lease; garage <br /> sales; candidates for political office; or special <br /> events on a temporary - basis, with a specified <br /> period of time for use. <br /> (m) Wall-mounted sign. A sign attached to, erected <br /> against, painted upon or constructed as an <br /> integral architectual feature of a wall of a building <br /> or surface of a canopy or marquee. <br /> (n) Window sign.
