<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> § 21-10 AR,DEN HILLS CODE <br /> <br /> administrator is hereby authorized to enter upon any <br /> property or premises to ascertain whether the <br /> provisions of this chapter are being obeyed. Such <br /> entrance shall be made during business hours unless <br /> an emergency egists. <br /> (3) If the administrator determines that a sign is <br /> dilapidated or a public nuisance, he shall submit to <br /> the city council and the owner of the sign such finding <br /> in writing, enumerating the conditions and reasons <br /> for his finding. Thereupon, the city council shall <br /> notify the owner and hold a hearing at which the <br /> owner of the sign shall be heard. If the city council <br /> upholds the finding of the administrator, it may order <br /> immediate removal by providing the owner with <br /> writteri notice of such order setting forth the reasons <br /> therefor. (Ord. No. 216, § 7, 12-8-80) <br /> Sec. 21-11. Sign permits-Generally. <br /> (A) Application Procedure: <br /> (1) Any person proposing to erect, place, reconstruct, alter <br /> or relocate any sign except those listed in section <br /> 21-5(A) shall make application for a sign permit. <br /> (2) The application shall be submitted on forms <br /> prescribed or required by the adminiatrator and shall <br /> be accompanied by the following information plus <br /> whatever additional information or documentation the <br /> administrator shall require: <br /> (a) The dimensions of the sign and, where applicable, <br /> the dimensions of the wall surface of the building <br /> to which it is to be attached. <br /> (b) The maximum height and clearance of the sign. <br /> (c) The proposed location of the sign in relation to the <br /> face of the building, in front of which or above <br /> which it is to be erected. <br /> (d) The proposed location of the sign in relation to the <br /> boundaries of the lot upon which it is to be <br /> situated. <br /> Supp. No. 3 <br /> 1234 <br /> <br /> <br /> ~ <br />
