<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> SIGNS § 21-i1 <br /> <br /> (e) If the sign is to be illuminated, the technical <br /> means by which this is to be accomplished. <br /> (f) Where the sign is to be attached to an existing <br /> building, a description or photograph of the face <br /> of the building to which the sign is to be attached. <br /> (g) The name and address of the user of the sign and <br /> the location of the sign. <br /> (B) Issuance of Sign Permit: <br /> (1) Upon filing of an application, the administrator shall <br /> examine the plans and accompanying data and <br /> determine if it is in compliance with the provisions of <br /> this chapter. If it is found to be in conformance, the <br /> administrator shall issue the requested sign permit for <br /> signs not requiring council approval. <br /> (2) For signs requiring planning commission review <br /> and/or council approval, the administrator shall refer <br /> the application to the appropriate body. For signs <br /> requiring planning commission review, the building <br /> permit procedure described in the zoning ordinance of <br /> the City of Arden Hills shall be followed. Upon <br /> planning commission review and/or council approval, <br /> the administrator shall issue the requested sign <br /> permit. <br /> (C) Permit Fees: <br /> (1) An initial application fee shall be required with the <br /> application for any sign permit. The amount of such <br /> fee shall be as established from time to time by <br /> resolution adopted by the city council. <br /> (2) An annual sign permit fee shall be required for all <br /> signs except the following: <br /> (a) Signs listed in section 21-5(A); <br /> (b) Directional signs; <br /> (c) Informational signs. ' <br /> The amount of said annual sign permit fee shall be as <br /> established from time to time by resolution adopted by <br /> the city council. (Ord.
