I <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> § 22-12 ARDEN HILLS CODE <br /> 3. The council shall either approve or disapprove <br /> said final plat at its next regular meeting <br /> following receipt of the reporta required by the <br /> previous provisions hereof. If it is approved by <br /> the council, the developer shall record it with <br /> the county register of deeds or registrar of <br /> titles within sizty (60) days of such approval; <br /> otherwise, the approval of the final plat shall <br /> be considered void. In the event that the plat <br /> is disapproved, the grounds for such disap- <br /> ~ proval must be reported in the proceedings of <br /> i the council and duly transmitted in writing to <br /> the developer. <br /> 4. The developer shall, immediately upon re- <br /> cording, furniah the zoning adminiatrator with <br /> a tracing and three (3) prints of the final plat <br /> showing evidence of the recording thereof. <br /> (c) Applications required. Application_ for any such <br /> variance shall be in writing by the subdivider at the time <br /> when the preliminary plat is filed for the consideration of <br /> the city council, stating fully and clearly all facts relied <br /> upon by the petitioner, and shall be supplemented with <br /> maps, plans or other additional data which may aid the <br /> council in the analysis of the proposed project. The plana for <br /> such development shall include such covenanta, reatrictions <br /> or other legal provisions necessary to guarantee the full <br /> achievement of the plan. <br /> (d) Minor subdiuisions of unplatted property. In the case <br /> of a proposed subdivision of an unplatted tract of land, <br /> which subdivision is amall in size and of minor importance <br /> and which tract is located in an area where conditions are <br /> . well-defined, the city council, upon review and after report <br /> of the planning commisaion, may eaempt the subdivider <br /> from compliance with some of the provisions of this <br /> chapter. The provisiona from which such subdivision may <br /> be eaempted shall be specified by the planning commission <br /> at its firat meeting at which the subdivider's application <br /> under thia paragraph is presented. <br /> 3upp. No. 3 <br /> 1308 ' <br /> <br /> <br />
