Same-Single-family pools. <br /> <br /> (a) "Single-family pools" as used herein are defined to be <br /> swimming pools located on single-family residential proper- <br /> ty used for single-family residential purposes. <br /> (b) The outside perimeter of all swimming pool atructures, <br /> including all accessories, ahall not be located within ten (10) <br /> feet of any side or rear lot line. Such single-family pools <br /> shall not be located within any required front yard. (Ord. <br /> No. 143, § 4.1(2), 5-10-71) <br /> Sec. 23-15. Same-Multi-family poots. <br /> <br /> (a) "Multi-family pool" as used herein are defined to be <br /> swimming pools conatructed or proposed to be constructed <br /> on residential property used or proposed to be used for <br /> multi-family residential purposes, such as apartment houses <br /> and the like. <br /> (b) The outside perimeter of all awimming pool structures, <br /> including all accesaories, ahall not be located within fifty <br /> (50) feet of any side or rear lot line. <br /> (c) Adequate screening including both fencing and land- <br /> scape treatment shall be placed between awimming pool <br /> structure and adjacent single-family lot lines. Conatruction and equipment. <br /> <br /> (a) The swimming pool shall be designed and conatructed <br /> in such a manner so as not to endanger the health and/or <br /> safety of its users and to not unduly interfere with the use <br /> and enjoyment of adjacent property. <br /> (b) The swimming pool shall have adequate provisions to <br /> properly recirculate, filter, algacide and germicide the water <br /> of the pool and instructions for maintenance of same.
