<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> UTTLITIES § 28-140 <br /> (3) Mobile homes shall each comprise eighty (80) per cent <br /> of a unit; <br /> (4) Other buildings and structures shall be assigned one <br /> unit for each one hundred thousand (100,000) gallons <br /> of flow or part thereof which it is estimated they will <br /> discharge; <br /> (5) Public housing units and housing units subaidized <br /> under any federal program for low and moderate <br /> inct3me housing shall be counted as seventy-five (75) <br /> per cent of the unit equivalent for that type of <br /> housing; <br /> (6) During 1973 only connection permits for building <br /> units which existed prior to January 1, 1973, and were <br /> served by on-lot disposal systems shall be counted as <br /> one-half the unit equivalent for that type of housing. <br /> (Ord. No. 167, § 2, 1-29-73; Ord. No. 217, § 38, <br /> 12-29-80) <br /> Sec. 28-139. Administration. <br /> The clerk-administrator shall prepare or revise building <br /> permit or sewage connection permit application forma to <br /> provide information necessary for the computation of the <br /> number of units assignable to the building or structure in <br /> question, and shall collect the applicable cliarge before <br /> issuance of a permit. The clerk-administrator shall make <br /> such information available to the sewer board upon request. <br /> If upon filing a report covering such permit with the <br /> metropolitan sewer board, the board determines that a <br /> greater number of units is assignable to the building or <br /> structure in question, any additional amount of coat <br /> I allocated to the city as a result shall be paid by the person <br /> or company to whom the permit was granted.
