(e) The charge shall be imgosed on sewer connection - permits issued after January 1, 1973, except: : " e-1 Where a SAC unit charge was made when the building peYmit for the subject building was issued. , e-2 Where a building permit for the subject building was issued prior to January 1, 1973, and the building was not served by an on-lot disposal - system. e-3 Where the sewer connection permit was issued before January 1, 1973, and the sewez to which the connection was { to be made existed prior to January 1, 1973. ~ The charge for each building or structure shall be equal ~ to the nurober of units of sewage volume which it will discharge, ; multiplied by $275 for 1973, $300 for 1974, $325 for 1975, $350 for 1976 and $375 for 1977. A unit of sewage volume shall be 100,000 gallons per year and shall be assigned as follaws: (a) Single family houses, townhouses and duplex units shall each coiaprise one unit; (b) Condominiums and apartments shall each ~ comprise 80$ of a unit; (c) Mobile homes sMall each conprise 80$ of a ; unit; (d) Other buildings and structures shall be assigned one unit for each 100,000 qallons of flow or,part thereof which it is . estimated they will discharge; (e) Public housing units and housing anits subsidized under any federal program for low and moderate income housing shall be counted as 758 of the unit equivalent for that type of housing; (f) During 1973 only connection permits for building units which existed prior to January 1, 1973, and were served by on- lot dispasal systems shall be counted as ~ one-half the urrit equivalent for that type of housing. -2- ~ . , , . .
