P~ur_p ~os~e, It is the intention of the Council <br /> to impose erein c~ai equivalent to those adopted by the <br /> Metropoiitan Sewer Board by its Resolution No. 72-225, <br /> adopted December 6, 1972, but including administrative or <br /> sei-vice charges as allowed by the Sewer Board. <br /> Secticn Effective Date.
