Motion to Approve Resolution No. 2008-03 I: Approval of a Two-Year <br />Charitable Gambling License for St. Katherine's Ukrainian Orthodox <br />Church (for Bingo and Pull Tabs) at the Pot O'Gold, 3776 Connelly <br />Avenue, Arden Hills, MN <br />D. Motion to Approve the June 4, 2008, Quote from Pearson Mechanical <br />to Install a Cooling System in the Audio Visual Room for an Amount <br />Not to Exceed $9,970.00 <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember Holden <br />seconded a motion to approve the Consent Calendar as amended and to <br />authorize execution of all necessary documents contained therein. The <br />motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />5. PULLED CONSENT ITEMS <br /> <br />A. Motion to Approve Ordinance 2008-008 in Planninf! Case 08-017 to <br />Amend Section 1325.09 Subd. 6B and Subd. 7 of the Zonin2 Code <br />Re2ardin2 Ground Structures for Antenna Equipment at City <br />Water Tower Sites as Presented in the June 30.. 2008.. Memo to the <br />City Council <br /> <br />Planner I Meagan Beekman stated that the proposed changes were needed in <br />order for T -Mobile to construct and maintain an equipment building as part of their <br />conditional use permit. The existing code requires the City to construct and <br />maintain the building. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden asked about the maintenance of this building <br /> <br />Planner I Beekman stated that the maintenance of the building would be dealt with <br />in the lease agreement. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden asked if the wording could be clearer on item E2 on page <br />2 where it references the type of construction. <br /> <br />Planner I Beekman stated that other communities did specify that the buildings <br />needed to be of brick but after discussions with the Planning Commission it was <br />decided that other comparable materials could be used. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden asked if the word same could be stricken so that it states <br />better construction. <br />
