<br />ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL - July 28, 2008 <br /> <br />16 <br /> <br />Public Works Director Hoag stated that the emergency manual had been updated <br />about a year ago but it is continually being reviewed and updated. He stated that <br />there are currently a few pages that need to be updated. <br /> <br />The motion was called to a vote. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />8. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />9. COUNCIL COMMENTS AND REQUESTS <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant stated that relative to the emergency response manual City <br />Administrator Moorse should be added in. He also stated that the updates needed to <br />be distributed in order to be effective. <br /> <br />Mayor Harpstead stated that Staffwill follow up with this item. <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant thanked Parks and Recreation Manager Michelle Olson for <br />her hard work in getting the Parks and Recreation offerings on-line. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden asked if there was a calendar system set up for the <br />Council. <br /> <br />Mayor Harpstead stated that there has been no resolution to the calendar system. <br /> <br />City Administrator Moorse stated that the City had looked at Share Point but this <br />system does not integrate with Outlook. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holmes asked that the regular administrative calendar be updated <br />to include all the scheduled meetings. <br /> <br />Mayor Harpstead stated that the calendars that are attached to the administrative <br />updates needed to be corrected. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden asked in the City was planning a Town Hall Meeting. <br /> <br />Mayor Harpstead asked if Council would like to direct Staff to schedule a Town <br />Hall Meeting. He also stated that this event could be combined with the open house <br />planned regarding the TCAAP property. <br />
