<br />Proiect Construction Staking <br />The Consultant must provide construction staking for the project including: <br /> <br />1. Provide line and grade stakes as required for all utility improvements. <br />2. Provide "cut sheets" for all utility improvements. <br />3. Provide line and grade stakes as required for all street improvements including curb <br />stakes, sidewalks, trails, etc. <br />4. Provide "cut sheets" for all street improvements. <br />5. Provide information for record drawings, including but not limited to top nut of hydrants, <br />manhole rims, and manhole inverts. <br /> <br />Proiect Construction Administration <br />The Consultant must provide construction administration for the project. Construction <br />administration should include: <br /> <br />1. Respond to design questions from City or residents. <br />2. Prepare the payment estimate based on the Construction Observer's log. <br />3. Tracking field notes, testing, and other items on the project. <br />4. Project filing and general administration <br />5. Coordinate weekly project meetings <br /> <br />As-built docun1entation <br />The Consultant will create the as-built record drawings based on the information collected by the <br />construction staking crew. <br /> <br />Work Completed to Date <br />Field surveying has been completed for the project. Base drawings have been generated in <br />AutoCAD 2007, and preliminary street design has been completed. This digital information will <br />be provided to the Consultant for use in completing the feasibility report and preparing final <br />plans.
