<br />D. Landscaping shall be brought into conformance with Section 1325.05,
<br />Subd. 1.

<br />Page 7, Subd. 5, Design Standards: changed to read: "The standards in Section 1325
<br />shall apply." All other wording should be deleted.
<br />Page 9, 1325.05, Subd. 8, D3: replaced the word "Prohibited" with "Undesirable."
<br />Page 9, 1325.05, Subd. 8, D3: second sentence reworded to read, "Extensive use of
<br />mirrored or tinted...." and ".. . approved building materials are also undesirable."
<br />Page 10, 1325.05, Subd. 8, F2: reworded the first sentence to read: "...remaining
<br />sides that are reasonably visible to the public shall be window coverage,"
<br />Page 14, 1325.05, Subd. 8, P3: reworded to read, "Bike racks shall be required near
<br />the public entrances of all buildings."

<br />Chair Larson inquired whether any commissioners had any questions for Community
<br />Development Director Lehnhoff.
<br />
<br />Commissioner Zimmerman stated that he wanted to commend Community Development
<br />Director Lehnhoff and City Planner Meagan Beekman for the time and energy they put
<br />into this. It was very well thought out, very well researched and very well written.
