Subd 4Special Re ulat:ions for Drive-Up.,windows Drive -In Busine55es <br />and Fast Food Restaurants in the B-4 District. Section 1325.04 of this Code. <br />s ecifies additional requirements fo:r drive-:i.n businesses, drive -up windows-, <br />.fast food restaurants and automobile service stations. The p rovi.sion whereby <br />theproximity requirement of one thousand three hundred and twenty <br />feet between drive-in businesses, drive -up windows, or fast food restaurants <br />mgy be waived if thefol.lowing conditions are met: <br />A. The architectural treatment circulation plan, and si na e <br />system of such businesses shall be desired to visually and <br />functi.onal]. Jntegrate the building and the site on which. it is <br />located. <br />B. The applicant shall submit a circulation plan that demonstrates <br />that the use will :n.ot interfere or reduce the sa-fety of non -motorized <br />-movements sp ecifi.call. pedestrian and bic cli.sts. <br />C.
