Utilizing these
crossings could provide significant savings. He asked what the next step would be.

Councilmember Holden stated that the feasibility report was presented to the
PTRC this month and there had been a lot of input. She stated that the Council
should schedule a work session to further discuss the feasibility report and the
options presented.

Councilmember Grant asked if the $37,000 being requested for engineering was
for engineering on both sides or if this was for one side of the road assuming the
Council would make a decision regarding this.

Mr. Marcus Thomas, Bolton & Menk, Inc., stated that the design and construction
is similar for either side but the cost would be for one side.

Councilmember McClung clarified that either side would fall within the budget of
$37,000.

Mr. Thomas stated that this was correct.

Councilmember Grant clarified that in the deliverable would be construction
grade drawings of the project.

Mr. Thomas stated that this was correct.
