The motion carried (3-1 - Mayor Pro <br />Tem McClung). <br /> <br />Councilmember Holmes suggested naming the Resolution "Resolution Adopting <br />Arden Hills TCAAP Plan Guidelines". <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden stated that she would not support this name. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holmes suggested taking out the work plan. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden stated that this would be acceptable. <br /> <br />City Attorney Filla stated that the Council would be adopting TCAAP <br />Development or Reuse Guidelines. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holmes moved and Councilmember Grant <br />seconded a motion to amend the Resolution and add the title: <br />Resolution Adopting Arden Hills TCAAP Reuse Guidelines. The <br />motion carried (3-1 - Mayor Pro Tem McClung). <br /> <br />Mayor Pro Tem McClung stated that he would not support the resolution at this <br />time. <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant stated that the Resolution reflects the general consensus of <br />the Council from a recent work session and it is only a guideline or position. It is <br />important for the City to take a position. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden stated that she would support the Resolution. It was very <br />clear that the Council had reached a consensus and it is time the City moves <br />forward. <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant stated that even though he was not at the last TCAAP work <br />session to make his views clear he had made them known previously. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holmes stated that the Resolution reflects a majority of opinions <br />of residents who were present at the Representative McCollum meeting. She also <br />stated that it was important to get this Resolution to the Army/GSA prior to the July <br />15 meeting so that they had time to react to the City's position. <br />
