ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL TCAAP WORK SESSION-OCTOBER 12. 2009 3 <br /> ]A. Preparation for Joint Work Session with County Board (cont.) <br /> Councilmember Holden suggested the Environmental Cleanup slide regarding the <br /> Early Transfer should be renamed because FOSET was confusing. <br /> Further discussion ensued regarding various changes to the slide wording. <br /> The Council suggested the slides be removed regarding the soil samples and <br /> residential standards, as time may not allow for this level of detail at the County <br /> meeting. <br /> Councilmember Holden indicated additional details could be brought to the <br /> County if so requested. <br /> Councilmember Holmes stated that Special Legislation would likely include <br /> appropriations, along with other State funding, and grants from McKnight and <br /> other foundations. She indicated it would be good for the City to gather <br /> information on the County Board's level of interest in the TCAAP site becoming a <br /> regional park after meeting with them on the 20th <br /> Councilmember Grant agreed stating that after this meeting, it would open the <br /> door for further conversations between the City and the County. He asked that a <br /> bullet be added near the end for Next Steps. <br /> The Council discussed who would be giving the presentation. It was the consensus <br /> of the Council to direct Community Development Director Lehnhoff to give the <br /> presentation to the County Board. <br /> B. TCAAP Reimbursables — Direction for Moving Toward Resolution <br /> City Administrator Moorse presented the City Council with information on the <br /> TCAAP reimbursables. He asked for additional direction from Council for his next <br /> sit-down meeting with Ryan Companies as the parties work towards resolution. <br /> Councilmember Grant questioned when the next meeting was scheduled. <br /> City Administrator Moorse stated he did not have a meeting scheduled at this <br /> time, but would do so after gathering further direction from the Council. <br />
