City Planner Beekman clarified that the trail would be located in the <br />. <br />rlght-of-way. <br />Cor�lmissioner Reiff asked if the easement holder did not agree to <br />having five additional trees lanted in the easement if there was a wa <br />p Y <br />that these could be added to the property in other locations. <br />Mr. Thelen stated they would work with the current easement holder <br />and work something out. <br />Commissioner Reiff explained the neighboring companies had <br />expressed concerns about trespassing and he asked if Sand Companies <br />had similar concerns or if there were plans to fence of the property to <br />keep tenants from trespassing. <br />Mr. Thelen stated Sand Companies did not have any concerrls at t�is <br />time and there were no plans to put in a fence. <br />Commissioner Stodola clarified the only access to Lot 2 and the tower <br />would be through the parking lot of Lot 1. <br />Mr. Thelen clarified that Sand Companles would grant an access <br />easement for this property <br />Commissioner Stodola stated the proposed trail was six feet wide and <br />tl�e City is requesting eight feet. She asked if this had been resolved <br />and why the discrepancies. <br />City Planner Beekman clarified County Road F is a County road and <br />any trail there would be subj ect to County approval. The City's <br />Public Works Department prefers an eight-foot trail to accommodate <br />their equipment and the County would prefer an eight-foot trail. The <br />Land O'Lakes portion of the trail is six feet wide. <br />Chair Larson asked if SRF Consulting was recommending any <br />changes for the intersection. <br />Matt Besina, Traffic Engineer for SRF Consulting, reviewed what was <br />done for the traf� c study.
