Landscaping and Tree Preservation- Section 1325.05 Subd. 1 and 1325.055 <br /> The exclusion of 4,700 square feet of building reduces the amount of required tree,perennial <br /> and shrubbery planting that is required; however, the applicant is not requesting a reduction <br /> to the approved Landscaping and Tree Preservation Plans that were previously submitted. <br /> The amount of perennial and shrubbery planting would be increased as a result of this <br /> application because of the addition of the green space that is to replace Building 3. <br /> D. Parking— Section 1325.06 <br /> The parking demand for the proposed Arden Plaza redevelopment site will be reduced by the <br /> proposed alternative development option.
