AR-DEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL-July 13, 2009 18 <br /> Councilmember Grant requested that a more modern bike rack be put in place, <br /> similar to the one at the Chanhassen Walgreen's. <br /> Mr. Keeley stated that there is flexibility in these details. <br /> MOTION: Mayor Harpstead moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a <br /> motion to Approve Planning Case 09-011 for a Master Planned Unit <br /> Development, Final PUD for Phase 1, Preliminary Plat, and Final Plat <br /> of the Arden Plaza Redevelopment Proposal and the Development <br /> Agreement at 3527 Lexington Avenue South Based on the Findings of <br /> Fact and the Submitted Plans, as Amended by the Conditions in the <br /> July 13, 2009, Planning Case Report. <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Grant <br /> seconded a motion to add Condition 22 to read the internal lighting in <br /> the bell tower be turned off at midnight or at store closing if this is <br /> earlier than midnight. <br /> Councilmember Holmes asked if the Walgreen's would be a twenty four hour <br /> store. <br /> Mr. Steve Wellington, President of Wellington Management Inc., 1625 Energy <br /> Park Drive, St. Paul, stated that he was not sure at this time. He would be able to <br /> find out the hours of operation for Walgreen's and report it back to the Council. <br /> Councilmember Holmes asked what the standard hours are for a Walgreen's - <br /> location that is not twenty four hour. <br /> Mr. Wellington stated that he did not have this information. <br /> Councilmember Holden stated that the drive thru hours could be different from the <br /> store hours. <br /> The motion to add condition 22 was called to a vote. The motion carried (4-1 — <br /> Mayor Harpstead). <br /> Councilmember Holden expressed disagreement with the 161 square feet of <br /> signage for the Walgreen's building plus the amount requested for the monument <br /> sign. <br /> Mr. Keeley stated that the signage for building three is restricted to 93 square feet <br /> for the building in order to accommodate the increased building signage for <br />
