MR-DEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL-July 13, 2009 23 Councilmember Holden asked if it was part of the PUD that there be bike racks by the existing buildings. City Planner Beekman stated that this was a requirement for new buildings. Mayor Harpstead asked if bike racks were currently covered by a condition. City Planner Beekman stated that it is not included in a condition because the requirement had been met by the plans that had been submitted. Mayor Harpstead asked if it would be possible to have a condition that states that bike racks would be added to the existing buildings in the PUD. City Planner Beekman stated that this would be a possible condition. Councilmember Holden stated that the applicant had stated they would add a bike rack and this was acceptable. Councilmember Grant stated that it appeared that there would be changes with the sidewalk for building five. Mr. Schroeder stated that the curve line for building five would remain the same and the area that ties into the ornamental intersection will have a little bit of a change. The majority of the sidewalk remains the same. There is a little bit of pavement addition on the front of Frattalone's that projects slightly further than where it is today. There will be a little bit more sidewalk for them to use as possible sale space. Councilmember Grant clarified that it appeared that the sidewalk was being extended twenty feet. He asked if this sidewalk would have a pattern to it. Mr. Keeley stated that this was correct and it the drawings depict joints only. Councilmember Holden clarified that the wall signage for building three was not limited at this time. Mayor Harpstead stated that the wall signage for building three was not limited as part of any condition, only by a proposal. Councilmember Holden clarified that if the PUD was approved then building three would only get 93 square feet of wall signage.
