ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL-July 13, 2009 24 <br /> Mayor Harpstead stated that this was correct. <br /> Councilmember Holden asked city Planner Beekman to review the three <br /> conditions that the applicant had requested flexibility on. <br /> City Planner Beekman reviewed the three conditions or requirements that they <br /> were seeking flexibility with. <br /> Councilmember Holden stated that she would support the reduced number of <br /> parking spaces. <br /> Mayor Harpstead stated that the building renderings are acceptable. <br /> Councilmember Grant stated that the drawings for Frattalone's depicts the canopy <br /> to the south and the new concrete extending 10 feet beyond this. He asked if the <br /> canopy is going to remain in place. <br /> Mr. Schroeder stated that the canopy would stay and only the sidewalk addition <br /> would change. <br /> City Attorney Jerry Filla stated that the exterior finishes had been discussed. He <br /> asked if there was a name for the pallet that was used and if this could be <br /> incorporated into the application and plans. <br /> City Planner Beekman stated that this could be added in as the materials pallet and <br /> incorporated into the Development Agreement as an item number. She clarified <br /> that the elevations chart that is an approved plan and listed in the development plan <br /> does list the materials used. <br /> Mr. Trooien stated that the materials are listed and spelled out in the plan as to the <br /> location of each material. The materials will be more clearly spelled out. <br /> MOTION: Mayor Harpstead moved and Councilmember Holden seconded to <br /> add Condition 25 to read that the materials as identified in the plan and <br /> presented by the pallet are listed by manufacture and name. The <br /> motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> Councilmember Holden asked how the campus as a whole would stay uniform. <br /> Mr. Keeley stated that the prime concern of the developer is that the development <br /> looks good.
