Any buildings that are constructed will be <br /> back in front of the Council for review as well. <br /> Councilmember Holden asked what building five was made of. <br /> Mr. Keeley stated that is was a collection of materials. <br /> Councilmember Holden asked how the cost of the traffic light was divided and <br /> how that figure was arrived at. She also asked what the City's cost would be and if <br /> the City would be able to spread this cost out among other benefitting properties. <br /> City Planner Beekman stated that traffic lights are typically figured on a four point <br /> sharing intersection. There are benefits for sharing a traffic signal and it was <br /> determined that the north section would benefit 25%, the south would be 25%, and <br /> the east/west would be 50% which is the City's share. The City has several options <br /> for finding funding for its share of the traffic signal. This can be reviewed over <br /> time. <br /> Councilmember Grant clarified that the bell tower on the Walgreen's building <br /> would have a roof. <br /> Mr. Keeley stated that this is correct and the changes would be made in all the <br /> documents. <br /> Councilmember Holden asked if the heights for all the buildings in the <br /> development had been set and if they were all similar. - <br /> City Planner Beekman stated that the heights had been set and they were all <br /> similar. <br /> The motion as amended by the addition of Conditions 22, 23, 24, and 25 was called <br /> to a vote. The motion carried (4-1 — Councilmember McClung). <br /> Be Motion to Authorize Staff to Enter into an Agreement with Bolton <br /> and Menk, Inc., for Survey and Engineering Services for the <br /> Erosion Correction on the Old City Hall Trail in an Amount Not <br /> to Exceed $4,900.00 <br /> Public Works Director Gregory Hoag stated that included in the approved 2009 <br /> Capital Improvement Program is $20,000 to complete a project to correct a drainage <br /> issue along the Old City Hall Trail adjacent to the back yard of the residential <br /> property at 4504 Keithson Drive.
