A continuous system of publicly acce�s�b�e tra�ls s�al� occup}� <br />the per�meter of the park and water feature. <br />d. The park sha�l ine�ude a commu��ty gather�ng space suc� as a <br />plaza, courtyard, bar�d s�el�, ar other s�m�lar amenity. <br />e. �4t �east twenty-five (25%} percent of the per�meter af t�e <br />water fea�.ure shal� have a ma�ntained shorel��e that Eomp��ments <br />o�- is conr�ected to the commun�ty ga�hering spaee. A ma�r�tained <br />shoreline may inc�ude man�curec� vegetatlon and/or an improved <br />surface. The remain�n� shoreline may i�clude a natura� vegetative <br />bu�fer and/or other natural �ate��als. <br />2. The parks sha�I be integrated into the development a�d connected <br />v��th tra��s and s�dewalks. <br />4.
