Utilities Ca�pone�t. <br />A. AII util�ties, �ncludin� electrlc anc� cable util�t�es, shall be �nstalled <br />undergrou�d. <br />B. Eleetr�ca� substations sha�l be substan��al�y screened from adjacent <br />properties. <br />Subd. 9. A�te��native Urban 1�reaw�de Review Camponent. The app��cant shall <br />co��p�ete an Alternat�ve U�-ban Areawide Rev�ew (AUAR} pr�or to approval of the <br />PUD Master �'lan.
