The applicant sh�1l enroli in the MPCA's Vol�n�ary Investigation and <br />C�eanup (VIC) pragram and th� NIPCA's Petroleum Brow��ields Progra� <br />(PBR). A�esponse Action Plan (RAP} that �s apprQvec� by the MPCA <br />shail be s�bm�t�ed pr�or to the C�ty issu�ng a�y bu�Iding permits or <br />approvin� any suhd�vlsions. The applicant shall p�Qvic�e a Cert�fic�te of <br />�omplet�on �ror� �he �IC pragr�rn and Deve�opment Camplet�o� letter <br />from the PBR prior to �he issuance of t�e Cer�ifcate of Qccupancy by the <br />City for eac� stage af deveiopment or build�ng as deemed apprapr�iate �y <br />�he C �ty and MP�A. <br />G.
