ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL August 30, 2010 13 <br />8.A. Resolution 2010 -039: Adopting Proposed Special Assessment Roll for the 2010 Pavement <br />Management Program (continued) <br />and Enrichs Holding Company, LLC Relating to Parcel ID No. 213023430006. <br />The motion carried unanimously (4 -0). <br />MOTION: Mayor Harpstead moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a motion to <br />Authorize the Mayor to Execute the Proposed Agreement Between the City <br />and Melinda and Scott Peloquin Relating to Parcel ID No. 213023440007. The <br />motion carried unanimously (4 -0). <br />MOTION: Mayor Harpstead moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a motion to <br />Adopt Resolution 2010 -039: Adopting the Proposed Special Assessment Roll <br />for the 2010 Pavement Management Program. <br />MOTION: Mayor Harpstead moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a motion to <br />Remove Parcel ID No. 333023320029 from the Special Assessment Roll <br />Pursuant to the Agreement with the Property Owners and the City of Arden <br />Hills being Executed. The motion carried unanimously (4 -0). <br />MOTION: Mayor Harpstead moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a motion to <br />Adopt Resolution 2010 -039: Adopting the Proposed Special Assessment Roll <br />for the 2010 Pavement Management Program as Amended. <br />Councilmember Holmes asked if the Council was in agreement with the interest rate, annual <br />installments, terms of the assessment and the senior deferral. <br />Mayor Harpstead stated he agreed with the terms that the Council had set. He pointed out that <br />the Senior Deferral was not dependant on a Council vote as this was something that was available <br />to seniors for all special assessments. <br />Councilmember Grant stated he agreed with the terms and interest rate the Council had set. <br />The motion was called to a vote. <br />The motion carried unanimously (4 -0). <br />9. COUNCIL COMMENTS AND REQUESTS <br />Parks and Recreation Manager Olson stated September 14, 2010 would be the Grand Opening <br />for the Safe Routes to School trail along County Road E2, at 1:00 at Valentine Hills Elementary <br />School. <br />Councilmember Holden stated Northwest Youth and Family Services would be holding their <br />Taste of the Northwest on September 30. She encouraged residents and Staff to help support this <br />organization and she had tickets for those interested in attending. <br />
