<br />in the B-1 District, the site may not thereafter be used except as <br />permitted in the B-1 District. In the event of a proposal by the City to <br />rezone the site from I-1 to the B-1 District, the City Planning and <br />Zoning Commission shall, simultaneously with such rezoning action, <br />determine whether the site is a conforming industrial use qualifying for <br />interim use status under this section. In the event a determination is <br />made that the use of the site conforms to I-1 standards and this section, <br />the City shall, within sixty (60) days of such determination, file a <br />notice of compliance with the Anoka County Recorder. <br /> <br /> <br />
