Planning & Zoning Commission Referral of Bridges in Drainage/Utility <br />Easements – Guidelines & Encroachment Agreement <br /> <br /> City Administrator Larson reviewed the proposed guidelines with Council. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Terway to approve <br />the Planning Commission’s recommendation for bridges in drainage/utility <br />easements. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />4. Planning & Zoning Commission Recommendation for Comments Regarding the <br />City of Lino Lake’s Proposed Comprehensive Plan <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson indicated he discussed the recommendations with Lino Lakes’ <br />City Administrator and was told that there was nothing in the recommendation that would <br />not be handled as part of the platting of new commercial development. <br /> <br /> 5. Resolution #06-004 – Early Redemption of Bond <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson explained that the City issued a bond for Hunter’s Crossing <br />and the special assessments have all been paid off and the earliest redemption is February <br />2006 and Staff recommends calling the bond. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Lakso, to approve <br />Resolution #06-004 as presented. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> 6. Approval of Downtown Redevelopment Plan & Guidelines <br /> <br /> Handled previously. <br /> <br /> 7. Resolution #06-005 – Sponsorship of the Attached CDBG Application <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson explained that the City is applying for a grant that would pay <br />for the westerly pond on the new downtown plan through Anoka County in the amount of <br />$300,000 to allow the City to purchase lots to have room to build those ponds. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Lakso, to approve <br />Resolution #06-005 as presented. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> 8. Animal Control Contract with Otter Lake Animal Control <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Terway, seconded by Council Member Paar to approve <br />the Animal Control Contract with Otter Lake Animal Control.
