Below you will find <br /> comments on the comparison. To assist with the reading, for some comments I have included relevant <br /> sentences from the Agreement discussed at the workshop and placed them in quotes following the <br /> comment. A copy of the March 24' Agreement is also attached - <br /> RECITALS <br /> a. The limits described in the March 24' Agreement run from Main Street to the south line of <br /> Centerville Industrial Park. There is no reference made to areas north of Main Street. <br /> b., c. <br /> and f. The March 24' Agreement is as recommended at the workshop, with the Phase 1 limits (in <br /> section c) stopping at the south line of Centerville Industrial Park <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> 1. a. The March 24' Agreement contains the wording of the agreement discussed at the workshop <br /> except reference to future phases north of Main Street has been removed. <br /> "Lino Lakes shall design Phase I of the Project, administer the construction of Phase I the <br /> Prejee , and conduct inspections of the construction process. Lino Lakes shall have the right to <br /> inspect, review, and comment upon construction of Phase I of the Project. Centerville shall <br /> have the right to review and approve the final plans and specifications prior to advertisement <br /> for bids. Beth Either city shall have the right to initiate and administer future phases of <br /> the project. Furthermore, both cities shall have the right to approve the final plans and <br /> specifications on future phases constructed south or north of Phase I. the prejeEt <br /> C.
