City <br /> Administrator Jim Keinath shared a copy of the formula with the group. <br /> Acting Chief Heckman requested consideration of the hiring process and time <br /> frame for the COP officers. <br /> A suggestion was made that a physical plant, equipment and personnel sub- <br /> committee be formed. <br /> The Funding Formula Sub- Committee set a meeting date for Monday, May 11, <br /> 1998, at the Lexington City Hall at 8:00 p.m. The second meeting will be in <br /> Lexington City Hall on Sunday, May 17, 1998, at 7:00 p.m. <br /> The Physical Plant Sub - Committee will meet at the Police Department on <br /> Tuesday, May 19, 1998, at 5:00 p.m., and on Thursday, June 4, 1998. <br /> It was agreed by all members that the next meeting be held on Monday, June <br /> 29, 1993, in the Centerville City Hall at 7 :00 p.m. <br /> Meeting was adjourned at 9:25 p.m. <br /> Michael A.
