CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> SPECIAL USE PERMIT <br /> This Special Use Permit is granted by the City of Centerville, <br /> Anoka County, Minnesota, this day of 1998. <br /> WHEREAS, Brent Coatney ( "Permittee ") has applied for a Special <br /> Use Permit for site plan approval for construction of a <br /> office /truck maintenance building described below within the <br /> City of Centerville, Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, such Special Use Permit is required by Zoning Ordinance <br /> #4, Appendix B - Industrial District; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Centerville Planning and Zoning Commission held a <br /> duly scheduled public hearing and recommend approval for <br /> such Special Use Permit; and <br /> WHEREAS, after review the City Council has approved the granting <br /> of such Special Use Permit subject to the following <br /> conditions. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED as follows <br /> 1. That Brent Coatney shall be granted a Special Use Permit <br /> for a site plan to construct an office /truck maintenance <br /> building on property located at 6812 20th Avenue South, <br /> Centerville, Minnesota. <br /> 2. That this Special Use Permit is conditioned upon the <br /> following: <br /> (a) All construction activities upon such property <br /> shall comply with Ordinance #4 of the City of <br /> Centerville and any other building and zoning <br /> codes or ordinances applicable to the property. <br /> (b) Permittee shall ensure that the site is developed <br /> per the site plan attached to and made a part <br /> hereof as Exhibit A. Any changes from such site <br /> plan must be approved by the City Council. <br /> (c) The maximum number of on -site employees shall be <br /> dictated by the corresponding number of parking <br /> spaces as defined in Ordinance #4, Table C, <br /> Schedule of District Regulations Off Street <br /> Parking Spaces, Industrial Use. <br /> Any alteration to the parking lot will require <br /> site plan approval by the City Council. <br />
