Wayne Leblanc suggested having a sign -up board at City Hall for people who want to volunteer, that have not already signed up. Theresa Brenner said that we should have copies available of the "Citizens Who Want To Help" sheets. Presenters will be notified by Mary Capra. She will be calling all the presenters and inviting them. She will also contact Father Wolter at Saint Genevieve's Church. Volunteers from "Citizens Who Want To Help" will be called by Tim Rehbine and John Magill with in the next 2 -3 weeks. Design Team - Ideas in Action School Sign - Centerville Elementary School Improvement Task Force Chairperson, Pam Rennaker, was approved for $5500 to be used for a new Centerville Elementary School sign. One idea is to speak with Rivard Electric to see if a separate meter for the sign can be installed, and find out through them where the electric wires can be run. Fencing - Mary Capra stated that voting will soon take place for the removal of the fencing that surrounds the school parking lot. Some people want to keep the tall fencing because it stops the garbage from Kelly's Korner from blowing onto the schools property. The City really wants all the fencing removed.
