Theresa Brenner said that <br /> we should have copies available of the "Citizens Who Want To Help" sheets. <br /> Presenters will be notified by Mary Capra. She will be calling all the presenters and <br /> inviting them. Focusing on getting to the finish line. <br /> Design Team - Ideas in Action <br /> School Sign - Centerville Elementary School Improvement Task Force Chairperson, Pam <br /> Rennaker, was approved for $5500 to be used for a new Centerville Elementary School <br /> sign. The sign will be lighted and have interchangeable letters to communicate events, <br /> fund raisers etc. Mary Capra passed out a pamphlet showing several different sign <br /> proposals drawn by J.M. Stewart Corporation. There is some question on how the <br /> electricity will get to the sign. One idea is to speak with Rivard Electric to see if a <br /> separate meter for the sign can be installed, and find out through them where the electric <br /> wires can be run. <br /> Fencing - Mary Capra stated that voting will soon take place for the removal of the <br /> fencing that surrounds the school parking lot. Some people want to keep the tall fencing <br /> because it stops the garbage from Kelly's Korner from blowing onto the schools property. <br /> The City really wants all the fencing removed.
