City Council Meeting January 8, 1997 the year indicated. Mr. Johnson said if the map indicates year 2000 then the council could deny development until the progress year. March questioned the 60 day return from Met - Council. Mr. Johnson felt safe saying it should be back within 60 days because a preliminary review was completed, although Met Council could deny the process. In the final stage, the School District, Anoka County and Lino Lakes will be notified and additional comments may be made, which the City may need to address. MOTION by Buckbee, seconded by Helmbrecht to close the public hearing at 7:30 PM. PAYMENT OF CLAIMS: City of Centerville December 19 - 31, 1996 MOTION by Buckbee, seconded by Brenner to approve the receipts and disbursements of December 19 - 31, 1996. Motion carried unanimously. City of Centerville January 1 - 8, 1997 MOTION by Buckbee, seconded by Brenner to approve the receipts and disbursements of January 1 - 8, 1997. Motion carried unanimously. Centennial Fire District January 9, 1997 MOTION by Powers- Rasmussen, seconded by Helmbrecht to approve the Fire Districts January 9, 1997 disbursements. Motion carried unanimously.
