Motion seconded by Councilmember Brenner. Motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> City Staff Survey <br /> Mayor Wilharber questioned the Council on the content of the city survey. Council members <br /> Brenner and Helmbrecht were fine with the content of the survey. <br /> Anoka County Airport Commission <br /> Councilmember Helmbrecht suggested Staff investigate the date, time and location of the Anoka <br /> County Airport Commission public hearing and have a Centerville Representative be in <br /> attendance. <br /> COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> A report was given on the proposed Fete des Lacs activities. Friday, bingo and a meat raffle. <br /> Saturday, kids day, parade, and a street dance. Sunday, softball and volleyball tournaments. <br /> ADMINISTRATORS REPORT <br /> Councilmember Brenner questioned the time frame of the 1998 budget. <br /> Mr. March replied the budget discussions will begin in August and be finalized in September. <br /> However, the City has not received the HACA or LGA figures. <br /> Councilmember Brenner questioned the progress of the Senses Water Read System. Mr. March <br /> replied when the Centerville Staff was at the scheduled meeting with the Hugo Staff, the system <br /> was not functioning properly. <br /> Councilmember Helmbrecht questioned the NSP trees replaced on Main Street and Mill Road. <br /> Mr. March stated he would investigate the issue. <br /> ADJOURN <br /> MOTION by Councilmember Helmbrecht to adjourn the July 9, 1997 Council meeting. Motion <br /> seconded by Councilmember Brenner.
