City Council minutes of May 22, 1996 Park Facility Usage Fees MOTION by Powers - Rasmussen, second by Brenner to approve the park facility usage fees as recommended by Park and Recreation and to amend resolution 96 -05 stating as such. Motion carried unanimously. Joint Powers Agreement MOTION by Powers - Rasmussen, second by Helmbrecht to approve the Joint Powers Agreement between the City of Centerville and the City of Lino Lakes for street sweeping and hauling of sweepings. Motion carried unanimously. LMCTT Excess Liability Mr, March commented that it may not be necessary. Mr. Palzer stated that if it is an umbrella policy it could lower the premium. MOTION by Powers - Rasmussen, second by Brenner to table for further information. Motion carried unanimously. 1996 Annual League Conference Councilmember Powers - Rasmussen expressed an interest to go but has a conflict with the dates due to school and work. None of the other Councilmembers expressed an interest to go. Mr. March and Ms. Breuninger would like to attend. MOTION by Helmbrecht, second by Brenner to approve Mr. March attend the 1996 Annual League of Minnesota Cities Conference June 11 -14th in Rochester, Minnesota. Motion carried unanimously. MOTION by Hehnbrecht, second by Brenner to move the June City Council meeting from June 12th to the 10th at 6:00 p,m. Motion carried unanimously. MOTION by Powers - Rasmussen, second by Brenner to approve Ms. Breuninger attend the 1996 Annual League of Minnesota Cities Conference June 11 -14th in Rochester, Minnesota. Motion carried unanimously. Councilmember Helmbrecht mentioned that the office needs to be covered.
