Council Member Capra indicated she bad no issue with Resolutions 49, 50 and 51 but would like to table 52. city Attorney Hoeft indicated that the Joint Powers Agreement with the City of Lino Lakes indicates that Centerville sball have the right to comment on the project, the right to review and approve final plans and specifications prior to advertising for bids. He then indicated that Resolutions 49 and 50 approves the plans and specifications so the argument may be lost that the City of Lino Lakes went forward at its own risk before approval so the question becomes who pays for what and how much. City Attorney I!oeft recommended making the determination as to whether t with this project before approving any of the Resolutions. Council Member Capra . would like to have the p , the assessment hearing. and he Council Member Broussard Vickers indicated the City does not give anyone else more or less time for considering assessments. She then said that her question is whether or not she feels like she wants this for the City with her vote on behalf of residents based on what is best for the City as a whole. Council Member Capra indicated she had no problem with the road project and she thinks - it should be done. She then said her concern is the amount to be assessed to the property owners.
