<br />City of Centerville <br />August 13, 2003 <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />Ms. Moore-Sykes asked how access was being provided to Lot 19. Mr. Carlson indicated <br />that they had applied to the County for road access for Lot 19. <br /> <br />City Attorney Hoeft indicated that the final plat could be approved subject to execution of <br />the developers agreement. <br /> <br />Council Member Capra indicated she had a question on the height of homes and water <br />runoff issues. Mr. Carlson indicated the heights are similar to the first phase but the roofs <br />are 8/12 pitch. <br /> <br />Mr. Peterson indicated that the yards all slope to a pond. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Council Member Lee and seconded by Council Member Capra <br />to approve the final plat pend.in2 execution of the developer's a2reement. All in <br />favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />4. Pavement Management Plan (Tabled from Previous Meeting) <br /> <br />Motion was made by Council Member Capra and seconded by Council Member <br />Paar to table the Pavement Mana2ement Plan. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />5. 2004 North Metro Telecommunications Commission & Media Center Budgets <br /> <br />Ms. Moore-Sykes indicated that the North Metro Cable Commission is seeking Council <br />approval of the 2004 budgets. <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney indicated that the increase in budget was for the new building. Council <br />Member Capra indicated that PEG fees should cover the bond payment. <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney indicated the City turned its PEG fees over for the bond payment so will <br />not have that money available for cameras and other items. <br /> <br />Council Member Capra indicated that the City has some monies still in that equipment <br />fund. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Council Member Capra and seconded by Council Member Lee <br />to approve the 2004 North Metro Telecommunications Media Center bud2ets as <br />presented. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />6. R~akofLWMottePark <br /> <br />Mr. Palzer indicated that the ditch in the County park that is partly on the water utility, <br />partly on City property and partly on County property needs to be repaked. <br /> <br />Page 9 of 13 <br />
