Sewer services to the lots will consist of 4" diameter PVC pipe <br />extended from the main to 10' beyond the right-of-way. <br /> <br />Outside the development, a new 8-inch sanitary sewer will be extended during Phase 1, <br />approximately 650' south along the east side of Centerville Road from a stub at Hunters Trail. <br />This 10-foot deep sewer will serve the Wilharber property and Lot 19, Block 2 of Hunters <br />Crossing 2nd Addition, Phase 1, both on the west side of Centerville Road. Sewer service lines <br />will be bored under the highway, so as not to disturb the pavement. A possible residential lot on <br />the east side of the road in Outlot B of Pheasant Marsh Addition can also be served by this <br /> <br />sewer. <br /> <br />2. WATER MAIN: <br /> <br />Two existing water mains are close to this development. The first is an 8-inch water main <br />located at the northwest comer of the plat on Beaver Pond Way. The second is a 12-inch water <br />main located at the intersection of Centerville Road and Dupre Road. <br /> <br />Within the new subdivision, an eight-inch diameter pipe will be extended along Beaver Pond <br />Way to Dupre Road and along Dupre Road to Centerville Road. Six-inch diameter mains will <br />be installed on Widgeon Circle, Beaver Pond Way south of Dupre Road, and along Hunters <br />Ridge Lane. All necessary valves and hydrants will be. provided for fire protection and <br />maintenance of the system. Water services to the lots will consist of 1" diameter copper pipe <br />extended from the main to 1 0 feet beyond the right-of-way line. <br /> <br />At Dupre Road and Centerville Road (CSAH 21), an eight-inch diameter pipe will be jacked <br />under the highway to connect to an existing 12-inch main within the Pheasant Marsh Addition. <br />Six-inch diameter pipe will extend 400' north from this intersection to serve Lot 19, Wilharber's <br />parcel and Outlot B on the east side of the road. <br /> <br />3. STORM SEWER: <br />The storm water drainage will be directed via catch basins and storm sewers to three ponding <br />areas within the plat.
