<br />II" , <br /> <br />..f <br />"1 <br />I <br /> <br />I , <br /> <br />8. DEVELOPER INSTALLED IMPROVEMENTS. The Developer shall install <br /> <br />and pay for the following improvements. <br /> <br />A. Site Grading, Ponding and Erosion Control <br />B. Private underground Utilities <br />C. Setting of Iron Monuments <br />D. Surveying and Staking. <br />E. Common Mailboxes <br />F. Street Lights <br />G. Signs and markers <br />H. Trees, sod" seed, landscaping <br />All Improvements shall be installed in accordance with the City subdivision ordinance; <br />City standard specifications for utilities and street construction; and any other appropriate <br />ordinances. The Developer shall submit plans and specifications for any required Developer <br />Installed Improvements which shall have been prepared by a competent registered professional <br />civil engineer to the City for approval by the City's consulting engineer, no changes may be <br />made to the Plans without the City's express ~tten consent. The Developer shall obtain all <br />necessary permits from other agencies before proceeding with construction of the Developer <br />Installed Improvements. The Developer shall instruct its engineer to provide adequate field <br />inspection personnel to assure an acceptable level of quality control to the extent that the <br />Developer's engineer will be able to certify, that the construction work for the Developer <br />Installed Improvements meet the approved City standards. In addition, the City may, at the <br /> <br />City's discretion and at the Developer's expense, have one or more City inspectors and its <br /> <br />,engineer inspect-ffie work on a full or part-time basis. The Developer may provide City with its <br />construction schedule, and City will then provide Developer with a good faith budget estimate of <br />the cost of City inspection. City shall update the cost estimate as requested by Developer. The <br />Developer, its contractors and subcontractors, shall follow all instructions received from the <br />City's, Rice Creek Watershed District's and Anoka County's inspectors, so long as consistent <br />with the Plans.
